Group Therapy
Group therapy provides a safe, supportive, and confidential environment where individuals can connect with others who may be navigating similar experiences. Led by a qualified therapist, groups combine guided discussion, therapeutic activities, and practical strategies to help participants build self-awareness, develop healthy coping skills, and work toward meaningful personal growth.
Our group programs are designed around specific needs, age groups, and areas of support, allowing participants to learn and grow alongside others in a welcoming environment. Whether building confidence, strengthening relationships, managing emotions, or navigating life’s challenges, group therapy offers an opportunity to feel understood, develop new skills, and build a sense of connection and community.

Confident Connections
Our Girls Group Therapy program is designed for girls ages 9–11 and provides a safe, supportive space to connect with others, build confidence, and develop a stronger sense of self. Led by experienced therapists the group encourages open conversation, connection, and positive peer relationships.
Through engaging activities and guided discussions, participants will explore self-image, self-esteem, and emotional awareness. Girls will learn to better understand and express their emotions while developing healthy ways to manage stress and navigate everyday challenges.
The group will also focus on building social skills, communication, and confidence in relationships with peers. Participants will have opportunities to practise these skills in a supportive environment while learning that they are not alone in the experiences they face.
