Safe & Sound Protocol

The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) is a music-based intervention aimed at reducing defensiveness by regulating the nervous system. The SSP music helps decrease the body's fight, flight, and freeze responses, enabling better stress management and a greater ability to face challenges. Many individuals who have completed this listening program report feeling less anxious, experiencing improved focus, and exhibiting greater patience. The SSP takes a gentle and gradual approach; just 15 minutes of daily listening can significantly transform your outlook on the world. This music intervention is designed to aid children in regulating emotions, help teens manage anxiety, and support adults in improving parenting skills.
